Exercise for improved Immunity

Improving one's immunity assists in the prevention and management of all systemic and well as musculoskeletal conditions.

Clinical studies have proven that moderate exercise assists in the following:

  • Increased blood flow and circulation

  • Promotes peristalsis (digestion and regular)

  • Increased white blood cell count

  • Improved mood

  • Improved lung capacity

  • Stress management

  • Endorphin release and hormonal balance

Often when we are in a negative exercise spiral, we tend to become tired and find excuses to avoid exercise due to the exhaustion and demotivated state we find ourselves in.
